AK LSB Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AK LSB platform at aklsb.app, creating a player account, making a PKR deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet on any AK LSB game or sports market, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users of the AK LSB platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site without an account and anyone accessing AK LSB through any device or browser. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

AK LSB reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — but it remains your responsibility to check these terms periodically. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and use an AK LSB player account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AK LSB strictly does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, valid contact details and any other information required to complete account verification.
• You must not already have an existing AK LSB account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension.
• Your account must be used only by you personally. Sharing account access with other individuals, or creating accounts on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business or entity when placing bets or making deposits on the platform.

AK LSB reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifetime. This is a standard process to confirm that you are who you say you are and to protect both you and the platform from fraud and unauthorised access. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until the process is completed.

3. Deposits in PKR

AK LSB operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses and balances on the platform are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Direct mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases
• Easypaisa – Pakistan's widely used mobile payment service, processed quickly
• Raast – Real-time bank-to-bank PKR transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's system
• Bank Transfer – Standard transfers from any major Pakistani bank account
• Debit Cards & Mobile Wallets – Bank-issued cards and other supported mobile wallet options

Deposits are credited to your AK LSB PKR balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. AK LSB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using a payment method belonging to someone else, is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

4. Withdrawals

PKR withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your AK LSB account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, and must be sent to an account registered in your own name.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, AK LSB will require basic account verification. This typically involves confirming your identity with a valid CNIC or other accepted identification document. This step exists to protect you and to ensure that PKR winnings are paid only to the genuine account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a short period following approval.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on standard bank processing timelines.
• AK LSB reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for additional verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus-related withdrawal conditions must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be cashed out. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

If you believe there is an error with a withdrawal — for example, the amount is incorrect or the payment has not arrived within the expected timeframe — please contact AK LSB support with your transaction reference number so the team can investigate promptly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

AK LSB offers various PKR bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket match-day offers and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of claiming — those specific terms apply alongside the general bonus conditions set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be completed within the specified validity period.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses without completing the first is a breach of these terms.
• AK LSB reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including for operational reasons or in cases of suspected abuse.
• Any player found to be misusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bet patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and may face permanent account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the AK LSB platform — including sports bets on cricket, PSL, T20 matches, football and esports, as well as casino game bets across slots, live casino, fish games and all other available titles — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once the system has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been generated in your account history.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player after they have been confirmed, except in cases where AK LSB specifically provides a cash-out or edit feature for a particular market.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game or sporting event, AK LSB reserves the right to declare bets void and refund the PKR stake to player accounts.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems for casino and slot games, and by real-world event outcomes for sports betting markets.
• AK LSB does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino tables operate with trained professional dealers in regulated studio environments.
• Odds and game RTP percentages are subject to change. Current odds are always displayed at the time of placing a bet and the rate shown at confirmation is the rate that applies to that bet.
• Maximum bet limits apply across various game categories and markets. These are displayed within each game or market. Bets exceeding published maximum limits may be reduced or voided.

For cricket betting specifically, AK LSB follows standard sports betting rules regarding abandoned matches, rain-affected games and other interruptions. Where an official result has been declared by the relevant cricket board, AK LSB will settle bets accordingly. Where no result is declared, affected bets are typically voided and stakes returned to player PKR balances.

7. Player Conduct

AK LSB is a platform built for genuine entertainment. Players are expected to use the platform honestly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent banning from the platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the AK LSB platform to generate illegitimate credits, winnings or game outcomes. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately — exploiting them is a breach of these terms.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or extract bonus value unfairly.
• Using the platform to launder money or process payments for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing AK LSB support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Privacy & Data

AK LSB collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and improving the platform experience. By registering an AK LSB account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account and requesting data deletion, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for financial and fraud-prevention purposes.

• AK LSB uses encrypted connections for all data transmissions between your browser and our servers.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through secure payment gateways — AK LSB does not store full payment credentials on our systems.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

AK LSB reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, providing false information or operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity that triggers our fraud or money laundering detection systems.
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder themselves.
• Detection that the account belongs to a player under the age of 18.
• Operational or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, AK LSB reserves the right to forfeit any remaining PKR balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. In cases where an account is closed for other reasons — such as a player-requested closure — any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned through the player's last-used withdrawal method after verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their AK LSB account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. We will process the request and return any verified real-money balance accordingly.

11. Limitation of Liability

AK LSB provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure it is accessible, reliable and functioning correctly at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime or maintenance periods that temporarily prevent access to the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank networks.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that interrupt a gaming session or bet placement.
• Force majeure events outside of AK LSB's reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, power outages or other unforeseen circumstances.

In all cases, AK LSB's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's verified account at the time of the incident. AK LSB is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

12. Changes to These Terms

AK LSB may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised document will be published at aklsb.app/terms-conditions with an updated date at the top of the page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the contact details on their accounts.

Your continued use of the AK LSB platform after any update to these terms is taken as your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through our support team.
